Chimney removal.

The part of the chimney sticking out of the roof had already been dismantled, so I 'only' had to do upstairs and downstairs.

Filthy work - old dust, soot and birds' nests.  

Hard work too - the lower one got, more of the chimney was just solid brick.

Removal did make a huge difference to the uasable foorprint of the rooms, and to the feeling of space.

Time taken - 3 days.
